If you are between two sizes, take the larger one. Returns and exchanges are free for 35 days, so it costs nothing to try two sizes.

Half sizes are offered on many styles and sit midway between the rows above — a UK 8.5 foot measures about 26.6 cm. Insole length is the inside of the shoe, roughly 1 cm longer than your foot, which is the toe room you want.
How to measure yourself
- Bust or chest — around the fullest part, under the arms, tape level at the back.
- Waist — around the narrowest part of your middle, usually just above the navel.
- Hips — around the fullest part, roughly 20 cm below the waist, feet together.
- Foot — heel to longest toe, standing, with the socks you would wear.

A prepaid return label is already in the box. Try them on indoors, and if they are not right send them back within 35 days — we refund you within 5 business days of the parcel reaching us, or post a different size or colour free of charge.
