Nortlex is a UK fashion retailer. We sell women’s and men’s clothing and footwear through this website only, and ship every order from our warehouse in Birmingham.

What we sell

Everyday clothing and footwear: knitwear and cardigans, jackets, coats and padded parkas, hoodies and sweatshirts, shirts, dresses, swimwear and shoes. Clothing runs from XS to 5XL depending on the style, and footwear in UK sizes.

We choose the shapes people actually wear — to work, at the weekend, on holiday — rather than a new silhouette every season. Selling only through this website keeps the range small enough for us to describe each piece properly: what it is made from, how it is cut, and which sizes and colours we hold.

How we describe things

Materials differ from style to style. Knitwear may be a wool blend, cotton blend or acrylic; outerwear may be padded polyester, waxed cotton, denim or fleece; footwear may be genuine leather, suede or man-made materials. Every product page states what that particular item is made from, along with its cut, closure and the sizes and colours available.

We would rather tell you plainly than describe a whole range as wool or leather and hope you do not check.

How ordering works

Delivery
Free on every UK order, no minimum spend.
Dispatch
From Birmingham, 1 business day after you order.
Arrival
4–6 business days, tracked with Royal Mail.
Returns
35 days, free, for a refund or an exchange. Prepaid label already in the parcel.
Refunds
Within 5 business days of your return reaching us.
Sizing
UK sizes. Clothing XS–5XL by style; footwear with half sizes where they exist.
